The only thing that is feminine is the swell of her breast, slightly larger hips and the corset style thing on the back of her coat, which makes zero sense.
Her garments look like men's clothing that has been modified to suggest femininity. Overall it fails. It's not sexy. You can't even see her face or hair. Overall she's just wearing an outfit that is no sexier than a male assassin's outfight but has less practical additions to it.
