Yeah, the budget isn't there for them to pull that off these days. I'm not sure it would be a useful spend of money anyway if we're just going to get another story about anime waifus and villains with mildly reasonable goals but unpopular business practices. The combat system with high production values might be interesting. Something that looked like FFXV but didn't play like a clunky piece of shit could be nice.

It's not just an issue of budget in terms of money, the past several games have just come out in an obviously rushed and unfinished state. Either management needs to set more reasonable goals for the games or bamco needs to quit this yearly release bullshit and give them more time. I can deal with mediocre graphics if the game is at least coherent all the way through.
