How the fuck do I stop Kaz from firing everyone?
My MB+FOB is full at 1400 staff and now everytime I recruit someone someone automatically gets dismissed. I'm trying to recruit low ranked (<A) combat dudes for that FOB infil staff rank bonus but they get auto dismissed the instant they come out of the brig. I try to leave some slots open in my combat unit but then I'll get some volunteers or whatever and they get autofilled
I just want for recruits to go to the waiting room
