With Blizzard's new custom content policy, there wouldnt be a big modding scene.

No, since I mostly played the WoW RTS games for the story.

I actually suck real bad at RTS games.

Only if they fix multiplayer. As far as the campaign is concerned, i'm sure we've all done it multiple times already.

What i would like to see is the game become available for mac users again. It's really the only reason i've started playing diablo 3.
