I dunno if the Atari and NES version are really different. It looks the same but I can't find a reliable source about the differences between those two version.

I enjoyed it as a kid. I sucked at most games back then, so I eas never able to beat it. I'm pretty sure the technodrome is the furthest I ever got.

Nigger must have played that for years to get to that point, where is the merit in that? I would praise him and even build a statue for him if he cleared that without grinding it that much.

god i fucking hated that game as a kid. The music was awesome though.

That one jump in level 3 where you can fall in the water down in the sewer is one of the single most infuriating things in an NES game I can think of.

The game is really not that hard, especially not le difficult water level as their own video claimed. Figuring out the trick of entering/exiting a room over and over for respawning pizza and items gives you enough edge to beat it after a couple game overs.

I also haven't played the game in almost ten years now and am almost certainly worse at video games than I was then.

I dunno. I only have it on my Atari ST. Great games, all my friend at school were playing it. So we shared a lot of tips to finish that game. One of my friend find that for that boss (level 4) the boomerang was the key. After that we just try to lost few turtles as possible (that's the only place where I can lost turtles). It was great because that boss was almost impossible without that tip.

This game was pretty hard. I mean as a little kid. I beat it with a game genie back in the day. Recently I played it and I got to Shredder ,and he's a fucking asshole. I doubt he got through it "never played in 20 yrs, but perfectly beat gamo". You dont just do nothing for 20 years and come back perfect. I used to be really good at football. Doubt I can just pick up a ball and ruin people on the field like it's 1999.
