Why does everyone always bring up the Water Temple when THIS shit is clearly worse? The worst dungeon in Zelda history even.

None of the child dungeons are hard. They are starter dungeons.

In fact none of the dungeons at all are hard.

Water Temple is the worst in my opinion solely because of having to go to the menu to swap the boots. Shadow Temple requires boot switching but on a much more tolerable level.

Forest and Spirit are the most fun, to be honest.

I actually agree with OP.

Any time I've ever wanted to replay Ocarina, I always dread the idea of doing this dungeon, or any of the child dungeons really, but this one in particular.

I don't even know why it's so confusing to navigate for me.

Also, the only hard thing about the water temple, is potentially missing that room at the very bottom of the central tower that's like under some spikes and shit, shit drove me mad for hours because I fucking missed it.

It's not a hard temple at all, it's very, very straight forward, and it's literally just designed as four rooms and 3(?) floors, so you're literally just seeing which door you haven't been in yet.

Why people think it's hard is because of one part where a cut scene that reveals a door isn't very noticeable compared to the other "reveal cinematics" throughout the game.

There are worse parts of the game:

>the general design of the forest temple especially the spin-y room part.

>the shadow temple part where you have to summon the scarecrow that you probably skipped because it was a sidemission that was only used for secrets/treasures up to this point.

What? Nah I kept the boots on all the time as soon I obtained them. Sure wearing the Hover Boots does make you slide around a bit but never fucked me over.
