It is challenging, gruelling and rewarding. It's an special experience that you'll either love or hate. Either way it's worth experiencing.
Void/Turgor/Tension is in a similar vein to Pathologic in some ways but with a more poetic feel with some wonderfully surreal and twisted locations and character designs. Perhaps even tougher than Pathologic is is likely to be more divisive but at the same time getting through it and the journey towards that end is still rewarding. Bit of a twist in the narrative but no where near as good as Pathologic. It's top tier waifu bait as well.
Across both titles though you'll get some really unusual and compelling writing, atmospheric sound and visual design and the warm fuzzy feeling that you're trying something a bit different.
