No but it's a good portion of the beginning of the game which has enough content to last at least 10 hours if you want to test out all the characters. By then you would know if you want the game or not.

I bought it when it was on sale some time ago to see if I'd enjoy Persona Q and it's just extremely tedious. The menus are tedious, the battles are tedious, the map drawing is tedious, especially when you have a compulsion towards 100% clearing.

Try the demo, though, but if you like it, ask yourself if you'd like it over a 100+ hour stretch.

I haven't played any of the Untold games, but of the first four it's not terribly enjoyable. Dungeons feel short, and the overall game is really easy in comparison to the rest of the series. If you want to get into the series, 3's probably a better starting point.

explain. EO has some of the smoothest battles I've seen in turn based JRPGs... though the Untold games did further improve animation speeds and the like from EO4's.

And yes, OP, if you're still on the fence you can try the demo

Why would you need to class change? The defaults are enough to carry you through everything the game throws at you, especially with grimoires. Class changing outside of classic mode is just for tinkerers, since your options are more limited.
