Chess is turn-based. Go is turn-based. If you want to challenge physical skills, you go real-time, but if you want to challenge the mind you set up a turn-based system. And if you're that interested in a physical challenge, I'd suggest that you abandon electronics and go outside to play sports with the rest of the uncultured brutes.
