The first thing I did after installing Windows 10 was play Fallout 3 and it worked fine. Just as good as it did on 8.1.

Yes, but you have to install GFWL. Otherwise it doesn't work. Just launch the game from FOSE and you won't have to deal with that. You do know how to get FOSE installed, right?
