He initially has 80,000HP but gets 30,000 more HP for each character at level 99. If you have every character at level 99 he goes up to 320,000HP (other stats also gets buffed). That's 4 times the HP he has otherwise. His max HP also gets influenced by other factors unrelated to your levels tough.
