I would say the Neo Geo since it's the most expensive and I wouldn't own it otherwise, but it doesn't come with a game, so that's out.

Altered Beast is a mediocre beat 'em up game, so I'll pass on the Genesis.

I can't make out what games come with the TurboGrafx-16, so I'm hesitant to pick that.

That leaves the NES with SMB/Duck Hunt, which is always a good decision.

There's a HuCard and a CD. If Keith Courage is the HuCard, what's the CD?

I'm not well-versed in TG-16 games, so I don't know if Keith Courage is good. The Bonk games are good.

I'd probably say the Neo Geo cause none of my friends had one and I don't think I'd even heard of the Turbo Grafx until years later since I don't think it was available where I lived.

However, given that picture doesn't have any games for the Neo Geo, it probably would be years until I could afford a game for the damn thing.
