Just google ppmouse and ppjoy. It's a stick emulator that assigns joystick axises to the mouse. It actually feels very nice, smooth and precise. In my opinion it's much better than the bottom of the barrel crappy sticks with deadzones and wobble. Some very skilled players actually prefer mousejoy due to its accuracy advantages.
I'm flying DCS s-27 with mousjoy right now and I'm able to defeat the highest difficulty f-15 bot in a cannon only dogfight every time I try.
