Note that some meteorological events occur based on the temperature,
humidity, and wind speed rather than climate itself. However, the standard
conditions for each climate are optimal for the events listed.
Scattered around the various dungeons are Weather Statues. These statues do
not actually change the weather - they are only there to point out that the
room has a path in it that opens up under certain conditions. The surest
way to activate one of these weather-dependent paths is to change the
climate to one with the desired weather characteristics, but a burst attack
may also work if you don't mind expending your TRC gauge.
- Flooded Path: dries up at temperatures above 86ºF (30ºC)
- Solar Roots: grow across a gap at 75% humidity and above
- Glider: lets you cross a gap at wind speeds above 13.4 mph (6 m/s)
- Toxic Sludge: freezes over at temperatures below 32ºF (0ºC)
- Sunken Platform: floats up during rainfall
When the weather conditions are right for the path, its Weather Statue will
glow.
