The sticks are alright.
The shoulder buttons are an improvement, but still shitty over all.
The only real selling point is the paddles on the back, and you're able to clone them to any button you want, but on PC you can't bind them to anything else. At least not yet. It would be a big improvement to give you a controller that actually had more buttons for a change, but Microsoft apparently didn't think so.
People keep going on about how it "feels good" which I'm going to have to disagree with. Associating weight with quality is the reason why so many Chinese manufacturers put pieces of lead, and steel washers inside of things to make them heavier. Its one of the oldest tricks in the book. You're not flailing it around like a Wii mote, the weight doesn't fucking matter.
Over all I'd say it should be $60 tops. Seriously lacking in the feature department, and the Dpad is just stupid. You're best off using it without either of the magnetic attachments.
