Jupiter is better than Zaton in my opinion, and Pripyat isn't really a place you'll be spending a massive amount of time, generally if you're in Pripyat it's because there's something you're doing in Pripyat, and before you know it, you beat the game, that said, Pripyat isn't a bad map, it's just not very comfy.
