Checked the catalog, why are there no threads about the ENTIRE Tribes back catalog now being available for free? Legally?

Doesn't the Starsiege & Starsiege Tribes bundle only have Starsiege in it for some reason? Because that's what they said on regedit.

And none of these are the repacked versions with the fixes from their communities which means if you want to play them you have to download them again from elsewhere anyway.

Tribes 1 has one of those repacks on http://www.moddb.com/games/tribes and another on www.tribesrpg.org
I haven't really looked up the others but I know there's some pack for tribes 2 as well.
