Pretty decent arcade fightan, the whole hit/hold/block thing is easy to understand, but way harder to master.
Go through the training for every character and practice the entire moveset a couple times.

I'm shit at 3d fighters, but DOA has always seemed like a pretty solid fighting game. I haven't spent a ton of time with 5, but from what I've played it seems pretty decent.

Its alright. The flow of the game is fairly quick, and the controls are very simple and forgiving compared to other fighters. Some characters arent as useable as others because of a lack of priority and speed.
Its ggood for beginners because it allows you to play adequately without having to get too invested, but there are better options.
