Is this for PC, and what adapter can I use to plug a Gamecube controller into mine?

I don't have a Wii anymore and I don't want to have to use a Wii-mote to play this on my Wii-U.

There's a guide for setting it up on Dolphin. It's a bit more complicated than just finding an iso, since you need to create a virtual SD card and put Project M's data on it. Nothing too crazy if you can follow instructions.
