Well, you know what they say; Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, can't get fooled again.
So after suffering through the entirety of the Binding of Isaac and getting Eternal God, I finally let you retards convince me that Rebirth fixes EVERYTHING and that I was just playing the wrong version. Hoo boy, was that a mistake!
>Item balance is still poorly done in many ways. For example, strange attractor+technology 2 causes flying enemies to fly directly into you, making it impossible to do damage and avoid enemies at the same time.
>Full of bugs, music regularly cuts out, and oftentimes enemies and items are replaced by question marks or their fucking shadows. Good luck guessing what you're fighting or buying until it's too late!
>Speaking of bugs, game crashing too common. Try picking up a 48 hour energy with 9-volt? Enjoy the game crashing next time you pick up a battery!
>Hidden character behind arbitrary ARG bullshit. (I'm really glad Edmund got fucked over on this retarded bullshit)
>Edgier as fuck, if that was possible. Missing poster and the lamb imagery make player want to slit wrists.
>Mega Satan retarded dumb boss where you need the luck of the Irish to need to be able to find him, unless you save scrub to get goat's head on a first floor curse room.
>No achievement/unlock for beating Mega Satan.
>Despite looking like a SNES-era game, manages to run like dogshit and experience slowdown easily on N3DS
This feels like a half-hearted bugfix for the original game turned cash-in to sell the game twice. I would have thought this shit came from Doublefine, not an indie developer. Then again, I never exactly had high expectations for Edmund, a literal neckbeard.
How can anyone possibly call this game good, let alone pay for it a second time, let alone plan to buy it a third time?
