In this case is not because stuff is questionable, but because licensing bullshit. the last game had several songs removed, including the fucking ORIGINAL THEME SONG MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR THE GAME and the fucking FINAL BOSS THEME! so the fact that this time they confirm all the music is safe is a godsend.

But there were songs removed from the first one because when PxZ1 was developed it wasn't intended to be localized.

PxZ2 was so they made sure to get the songs.

The japanese intro is still in, it was shown in the american trailer.

and SF is doing the plot from Street Fighter 2 the animated movie, so this song was in the japanese trailer.

Its good that this game is gonna be uncensored and all, but why bother if the damage is already done?.

Call me a whiner, but any game that cuts any content for any reason, even something as simple as music, is an incomplete game, and should not be played.

Hope the game sells good for bamco to make a directors cut of the original at least.

It's not easy to have a straight answer because this game is a love or hate affair. I personally liked it a lot because I played enough games to understand the various references, and I like SRW and the Endless Frontier game so I had no problem liking the battle system, but the game really gets repetitive after the halfway point and some people hate the fact that the "strategy" part is basically non existent.

Of course, the halfway point is still something like 30 hours in, and for £6.50 it's a steal. I recommend it

The full animation opening is already out, and the final box art.

The only thing thats kept secret are the "villain" characters that will convert half way through the game, like Juri, and im sure Saya with her new partner will be a playable duo.

I'm just surprised Ryo is actually in the game in the first place. Easily made it go from a 'Eventually' pick up to a 'Day One'. At least this and other factors might help Sega determine giving Shenmue 1/2 a rerelease for modern systems.

Probably not enough space and to reduce the unit count. I might not be a huge problem in PxZ2, but in NxC and PxZ1 the unit count was something to dread because player and enemy sides never had their own turns. Everyone was mixed together.

There's nothing normal about some of the things going on in Shenmue. Look at some of the moves you learn even in the first game.

Also, I'm really hoping Lan di is in the game in some fashion, though making him a boss in that and not yet in his own series would be odd. But come on, Ryo is on the cover. That much is so damn neat to see after all these years, though it's a bit funny he's right next to Morrigan.

The last Sakura Wars game was release hear on PS2 and Wii, and there's a fan translation of the first being worked on. I honestly hope they revive the series, I think they started selling merch for the series again this year.
