I'm still trying to get into Freedom Wars. I love action/hunting/RPG games but I'm just not feeling this one.
Aside from that, I recently got the Ratchet and Clank trilogy. I played 2 so much as a kid on PS2 so it's great to have it again.

Getting tons of Indie ports and first releases (I'm really looking forward to Salt and Sanctuary), there's a ton of Japanese games still in the pipeline, most of the older games are still really good and crazy cheap, and if by legacy device you mean it can play all the great old PS1 and PSP games, most for less than the price of a Starbucks then God damn, sign me up.

Shame, unlike the PSP it's a pain in the bellend to take apart since the daughter boards for the buttons can't be accessed from the front (I don't think).
Still, as long as you have a stead hand and patience for ribbon cables, you should be able to clean it.

If you've never played one, I'd say get Freedom Unite or something similar on PSP and download it from the store. Most of the MH games work pretty much the same way, so once you have a hold of everything you could get Frontier G, which is quite cheap (I only suggest this because it's an import, so some prior experience should help negate the language barrier, especially since MH stories are normally moot anyway).

Any one going to buy girl friend beta? I feel that it's kinda going to overlap with To Love Ru a lot. They are both dating sims featuring lots of girls and releasing within two weeks of each other. I'm leaning To Love Ru because it has lewd and hijinks and Girl Friend Beta looks like it takes it's self too seriously.

December can't come fast enough for Umaru, Miracle girls and Aya to Momiji.

I love my port machine. I just took a break from Sly 4. Framerate's not as good as the PS3 version but I just love the comfort of playing a 3D platformer on my bed or on a trip. It's such an underused genre these days. I'd even buy Disney Infinity Vita if it wasn't for the fact that it's Disney Infinity.

If you want a physical copy you can get them for like 30 bucks from heavy-arm, and if you have an EU account it'll even work with it for online stuff + DLC since the English version is just the EU one slapped on a cartridge.

Basically nobody fucking knows about them outside vitagen because they're Malaysian and relatively small, plus you have to order through email and paypal invoices if you're an international buyer.

I got those two games + DIV:TNP from them though and it worked out grand except for when customs held SSD for a month on me.

Check their English FAQ if you wanna order shit from them though.

Newest Atelier is getting an LE physical release in January, Operation Abyss and Dungeon Travellers 2 are some legit good DRPGs that have come out, and back earlier in the year Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines came out and was fantastic.

Trails of Coldsteel is also coming soon on vita/ps3.

I have no interest in emulating vita games. I would purchase the ones I'm interested in. However I purely want a vita to emulate a lot of old games I want to replay. But good to hear the PSP homebrew ones are working. I have a lot of PSP games that I used to love playing.

Need a hand vita friends.
I'm in AUS with my vita and I want access to the US store. I need that good shit like Chrono Cross and other RPG's etc.

Got a Vita two weeks ago. As of today, my collection is as follows:

I also redeemed the Borderlands 2 voucher that came with my Vita. I played it for all of an hour before deciding that this was a waste of my time and promptly deleted it. I'm sure that the console version is alright, but the Vita port is awful.

It recently got an update that let's it use the freed up ram from a previous firmware update. Don't know how well it fixed the framerate problem.

It got slightly better but Sanctuary is still hell, it still looks ugly, and its still buggy.

Though the menus finally run well and I think it might finally be hitting a consistent 18-21 fps in fights instead of 13-14
