Just marathoned Life is Strange the past few days.
Jesus what an emotional rollercoaster. Broke into tears a total of 3 different times and was on the verge many more.

What ending did you choose? Which did like you more? I chose saving Chloe the first time, but I suppose I like the other ending more. Saving Arcadia Bay had more of a lesson I think, which is the same lesson as Butterfly Effect; Don't fuck with time. Things are the way they are for a reason.

But at the same time the saving Chloe ending makes sense to me as a friendship story. No matter the amount of shit that got in-between them, in the end they were inseparable. Even when a tornado is fucking destroying the town, she won't give up on her best friend. It may be a more selfish ending, but you aren't really directly responsible for weather. Its just how things happened and you didn't know. You aren't going to murder your best friend over it, just take it as a lesson to not do it again and move on.

In episode 4 where you save William and put Chloe in a fucking wheelchair, I kind of wished there was more closure into choosing to William die over Chloe's disability. Maybe in the alternate timeline have a discussion between Max and William like something of the following:

Max: William, this is kind of a weird question… but you mind if I ask you something?
William: Sure Max, anything.
Max: Would you give anything to take away the accident that happened with Chloe, even if it meant your life?
-William stares off to the window-
William: Max, I wish every day I could take away her pain. I try to look forward since you can't change the past, but if I had the choice I would give my life in a second. I just wish she could have a normal life. She's young, and will never get to experience what I did at her age. But its not good to think like that. Best to not to dwell on hypothetical situations.
