This. Depending on whether or not you like weebshit a Vita is either perfect or entirely pointless.

If there's only one or two games you want on it then just get a PSTV instead. It's not as comfortable as a handheld but it works.

Vita is one of the most uncomfortable handhelds unless you buy a grip for it. PSPGo comes close.

Seriously if you don't like Jap shit don't bother, if you're unwilling to jump through the bullshit hoops for importing think for a while. Rhythm games are great on it, and the sleep function is great for RPGs. It's really solid, but it's pretty much abandoned by Sony.

I can't recommend games because really what the fuck does Vita have the every other platform doesn't or just outright trumps it.
