Yes it was. One of my top games of the year, and probably one of the best overall since I played Mother 3.

I wish I could experience it for the first time again, totally unspoiled.

I enjoyed the puzzles and how they integrated with the characters, and the puzzle aspect of figuring out how to avoid fighting monsters while also didging all their unique attacks was quite fun too.
