>>120642548Sorry for the late reply, but after a bit I just went to sleep. Anyway I really recommend playing on hard, maybe at some point you decide you want to be done with the game and then in postgame you regret it. As for tips:
-Time management: You have plenty of time really, just don't waste it. Scan for all dungeons, scan for all characters. Scanning and not finding anything doesn't waste time anyway.
-Get all characters. Because why not. Get them first so you can level them in the dungeons later.
-For dungeons, it's very very important that you clear them the time you enter them first. Don't die, don't exit the dungeon until you're done. Try to get all the chests but that's just common sense, not a requirement. The fact is, story events (both important and unimportant ones) ONLY TRIGGER THE FIRST TIME YOU ENTER IT. Every other time you get the generic version of the dungeon with no boss, no story, even if you didn't reach the boss the first time. Remember that monsters don't respawn as long as you stay in the dungeon, so every dungeon has just so many monsters.
-There's a dungeon with random items/stronk enemies that appears every chapter and you can only enter once per chapter, it's not story important, but if you savescum before entering it you can get nice stuff. Just saying this here because it's not relevant to endings and doesn't follow the above rules. It's also the last thing you find every chapter IIRC.
-Finally on time management, after you have everyone and have cleared every dungeon once, just clear over and over the dungeon that gives the most xp until you run out of time. If you feel leveled enough (there's more than enough even on hard), just wait it out.
-Remove the nibelungen ring as soon as you can manage equipment. Never wear it again.
-As a rule of the thumb, if you send one good einherjar to Valhalla, it's enough for a chapter, and you should try to only send one as much as you can. (continued)
