Questions about GTA on mobile (samsung/andriod devices)

I have a SG4 and a nextbook 8 quadcore

sg4 = cpu Quad-core, 1900 MHz/2GB RA/16GB HDD
nextbook 8 QC= cpu Quad-core (undefined MHZ on box)/1GB RAM/8GB HDD

#1 would either of these run it well? I have concerns as to how well it will run on these systems, doesn't need to run super speed but minimal lag would be ideal.

#2What are the controls for this like on tablet? are they shitty as fuck? is it unbearable to play?Like could a noob figure it out?

The game is heavily grounded in Chinese culture and martial-arts, and was praised for its dynamic combat and high skill-cap PvP.
