They spend so much time playing this game. 8 hours of practice in scrims and another 10 hours of soloq. They dont care about not having a "personality", they just want to win.
NA and EU are literally held together by memes. And they dont feel like they have to be the best because at the end of the day they can turn on their stream, get 20,000 viewers and make mad bank. They dont care about winning, no matter how much they say they do, they just want the recognition for their stream.
