With any other jungler who's that squishy, you'd get killed trying to invade. Imagine now that the enemy jungler has prescience of your invade and exactly where you're going to do it. 'That's' what's happening with Kindreds marks.
Know that in advance, and only go for them if the enemy jungler is at the other side of the map (for sure) 'and' it's a safe camp to get to/from, like gromp, chickens or scuttle etc. Don't risk wolves or krugs.
To kite, make use of your W and E. Simple.
E slows them and W gets you more jumps. W does more damage than you think so don't be scared of throwing it out there. It usually scares people off anyway for fear of getting 200 arrows to the face before they get near you.
