It is unclear when and how this updates, but it might be related to the switcheroo workaround describe above. The game acts correctly, though. You may experience a shot delay. This seems to be just a display bug.Moving on:
>MBTs are hard-capped at 8% reload speed reduction.>If you have a crew member (rank 4 for 4% reload speed increase) with "Rapid Fire", you are at 9%, out of which only 8% are applied.>If you have a commander with 10% reduction, only 8% are applied.>If you have retrofits that come up to more than 8%, only 8% are applied.>If you have any combination of the three, only 8% are applied.Tested MBTs:
Leopard 1, stacked bonus: 23%.
>Base reload: 6.67s>Garage displayed (and expected) reload: 5.14s>Actual reload (displayed in game): 6.14s6.14s is 8% faster than 6.67s
Challenger 1, stacked bonus: 18%
>Base reload: 8.57s>Garage displayed (and expected) reload: 7.03s>Actual reload (displayed in game): 7.88s7.88s is 8% faster than 8.57s
Leopard 2, stacked bonus: 23%

Scorpion, stacked bonus: 17%
