When I had btsync installed, it fucked with my AGM-folder since some modules was not in use in a3g, like scope zeroing and I think goggle-effects.
Everytime I ran PlayWithSix all modules was working fine, but then after a while when BTsync had updated some aspects was removed. Took me a while to figure out.

Guess you can just get BTsync to sync a folder inside your arma3-root, and launch that entire folder as a mod? Like @a3gmods?
