If they do they might bring back Wes Johnson for it but maybe closer to Scribe Bigsley or Mister Burke than Fawkes. He did voice every super mutant in Fallout 3 and the generic mutants in NV just kept the same voice files.

like if a bunch of the perks are shitty and not worth taking and it shakes out like skyrim where every character degrades to stealth archery at a certain point then no
my favorite build in nv was making a perpetually-crippled medx addict and abusing how fucking broken eye for an eye was if every limb was crippled, im sorta worried that creative shit like that might get sidelined in favor of picking weapon type and nothing else because half of them are so good theyre compulsory and the other half have no effective function

The PC version at least needs you to download some partial amount of the game from Steam first, I'd imagine the Xbone version needs the same from xbox live too.

We didn't actually meet Todd until after we had had lunch at the office cafeteria. There had been one other guy in the group who had visited Bethesda before, and when Todd came to greet us, the guy whispered a vague warning to me and disappeared for the rest of the day.

Todd spent quite a lot of time sitting down with us, talking games and making jokes. He seemed like a really nice guy until he asked to see me alone in the hallway. Unsuspecting, I followed him to a nearby janitor's closet. He shoved us in and slammed the door shut behind us. I tried to break away, but he overpowered me and pushed me against the back wall, his hand firmly on my mouth stifling my cries for help. I saw a glint in his eyes as he drew nearer, opened his mouth and, with a grin, lied straight to my face.

I haven't really been the same since.

Well, first of all, download the necessary files from where? If you mean Steam, then it will involve knowing and involving someone from within Valve and that will likely result on lawsuit or someone getting fired.

Secondly, most torrents of upcoming games usually got uploaded 'locked'. Basically just say wait until release and crack. This will likely be the same when the game is available for preload.

If you're talking about console, the necessary files are still with Bethesda, MS, or whoever got the full game.

This is standard practice. The files are all on the blu-rays at production. You can't ship a certified Sony/Microsoft console title unless the game is playable on the disc and all titles must get certified to be published for retail.

It's possible they couldn't wake you. The other pods could have been failing which resulted in people waking up early. The Vault Door however was not set to unlock until 180 years after it first closed. The Vault had some supplies but due to the nature of the experiment everyone was supposed to wake up at the same time and re inhabit their old homes and build a settlement there. So people everyone who woke up early starved to death except for those who woke up after 180 years had passed.

Spouse wakes up 20 years before the SS and takes their kid out of there because all the food was already gone. SS then wakes up 20 years after the spouse had left and grabs a pip-boy off of one of the unfortunate ones.

Old World Blues was fun, maybe it wasn't good but if you actually stuck around to accomplish minor quests and explore it was actually pretty enjoyable. I kind of expect them from a Fallout game, no matter how they fit the setting, so I'm pretty forgiving regarding their origins. I do hope Bethesda explains their presence better than they did in Fo3, since they look like a different strain from the 87 yellows. I also hope they're not just orcs with guns this time around.

So that is what the other faction is. Games tend to be symmetrical faction wise and it seemed odd there were really only three.

The Institute gets matched up with the Railroad as their antagonists while BoS didn't really have a match up. A West Coast Super Mutant going Master all over again works great as a BoS antagonist.

It certainly fits a lot better with your character, male or female, being an army vet. It allows you to be a highly skilled specialist in a precise field from the start.

Also after you get the perks you need you will have shitload of perk points you dont need to use.

So i assume after level 50 or something you will have maxed out SPECIAL and all the perks you need for your build.

I mean you dont need melee weapons perks if you use guns etc.

Thats if you dont use the bobbleheads. 35 perk points to max special and im sure there will be more special point rewards in game now since theyre so important. if you do 1 perk 1 special by the time you hit the soft cap you will have maxed.

theres no explorer perk
then I had a thought
since bobbleheads wont give you the same shit they did last game
and some perks require other means than leveling
its likely that the perception bobblehead gives you the explorer perk
and intelligence bobblehead gives you the "Here and Now" perk (A free level AND perk, instead of a free level and wasted perk)
so on and so forth

it could be that power armor needs a fusion core to run the armor, but its not the fuel source, just the engine.

I once accidentally the whole Ultra-Luxe quest line. I reacted by murdering every single casino employee out of spite. What's interesting is that gamblers didn't really react to the fact that casino personnel were getting maimed right in front of them. This allowed me to take my time rearranging the corpses in all sorts of amusing ways; some of them were piled up near a garden, others were neatly seated on the chairs they were occupying before their demise, their arms lying on their laps, their decapitated heads displayed in front of their torsos.

After having killed all of those who resisted, I decided it was high time to deal with the filthy crowd of onlookers who had carried on with their gambling, drinking and dancing while their hosts were being savagely butchered. I dismembered the bar patrons and placed their hands near the bottles they were drinking. People who were dining had their severed heads prostrated onto their plates of food. The gamblers' bodies were left dangling on the game tables. The pool became a putrid well of blood and gore.

It took me around three hours to go through all of this, but it was glorious. Unfortunately, such glory made me forget all about registering this moment. I'd be much obliged if one of the gents here could point me to a video showcasing similar acts of wanton violence in any of the Fallout games.

tl;dr: show me videos of people doing creative things with corpses in Fallout.

Because Vault Tec in the Fallout Universe was a quite famous company and the main character has Vault Tech merch inside his house and he "was already cleared for entrance".
So the fact that he doesn't know what Vault Tec is, doesn't know that has enough space is a dumb exposition.

What? The Courier never asked "What is the NCR?", he always asked the person's opinion on NCR, then the person would give his/hers opinion while dumping exposition in a natural way.

The Vault Tec could easily be explained to new players by having an ad playing in the players house, like in the radio or the television. Which would be dynamic and not a clunky dumb way to dump exposition.

Got a manager through my acting class. She knew the guy who ran it. Read for her and she signed me on. Went on a bunch of auditions. Got callbacks. Never got work. Made a voice reel; a 3 minute long reel of character voices I could do. Got a few callbacks at nickelodeon and shit.
