So what secondary should I use with the mosconi
I cant decide between using the rocket lawnchair for killing dozers or using the bronco/matever so then I can be more useful in open areas/kill snipers.
and since I am pretty sure that someone will respond with something like "silenced Deagle " I am using a techforcer build and don't have the skills to make it into the meta shit that everyone goes on about

Overkill could have changed how the skill works in the most recent patch but it's not very likely, seeing how things like Combat Medic still (probably) work.

Despite the buffs, bernettis remain an entry level gun like it is intended to be.

While it might be one of the best in it's damage class, the 40 damage class is largely irrelevant when the 80 dmg ones can kill 100% faster while retaining the same concealment. Don't even get started on the bronco/mateba/deagle.

It's still overshadowed by other pistols.

Joceline has the ammo pouch at the cost of concealment which a techforcer doesn't need, the only minor drawback is that it reloads .25 seconds slower which is immaterial.

While Almir ia certainly deluded at that point, even with skins you can never get any AR back to it's former laser hipfiring glory, it'll just make it miss slightly less than it does now.

What rifles need are ammo pickup buffs, ovk homogenised almost all the ammo pickup rates to 40 dmg=4-5, 80=3, 168 and above=2, excluding snipers, while only 200+ ammo smg and rifles get more.

Back to your original question, get a Krinkov, assuming you have the dlc. Only needs one point for smg reloads and you've got a beastly smg on your hands. Lack of HE utility might be a problem though.

Before DW, Everyone bitched and complained OK was too easy. So they made DW. So then everybody complained DW was too hard. Now they made it easier. DW was a nice challenge that required you to really squeeze the most out of your weapons, skills and team coordination.

Now it's almost ovk level with deagles and broncos one shotting any and every cop with the exception that you die faster.

This 100%. Prior to the whole "God" weapons (You know the ones). Were released you really had to rely on your gun and team mates. It really boiled downed to what someone had on them and what mods and skill sets they were using.

Before DW was conceived I remember people were reluctant to go loud on Framing Frames Day 3 on Overkill and that was way back in the beginning. Now people just load up their god tier weapons and act like they are hot shit because their gun stuns or insta kills tans or cloakers.

I'll have to agree and I just bought Sokol on the first day of the sale.

Previously on dodge I still had to worry about bringing some form of health, but with Grinder now I've been able to free up so many skill points to be further optimise my builds.

If I'm able to get most of the ammo pickups after purging cops, I can usually get about 75-85% of it back.

If the whole team is ammo starved, I go full KF2 firebug tapping with the intent to crowd control rather than insta-killing. That seemed to boost it to 95% ish pickup.

Skills themselves were largely unaffected by the rebalance, only certain ones that have their viability depending on the weapons they serve.

People usually want to stealth Framing Frame doing stealth with randoms is an exercise in frustration, especially on Framing Frame. So they do it in private with their crew or solo it.

Source: I solo FF pretty regularly. It's a comfy stealth heist.

Despite the game giving you no indication about which accuracy breakpoints to hit, any AR or SMG that has an accuracy around 60-68 has a decent spread and is good enough for longe-range gunfights.

You could either go with the Mosconi/Joceline which gives you enough damage to oneshot shields and anybody next to them, 2 shot tasers/tans/cloakers, and knock the faceplates off bulldozers. Or you could go for the Reinfield. The Reinfield does about half the damage of the Mosconi/Joceline but you'll have a large magazine so its better for clearing a hallway or room since you can stun everyone in it.

Just solo stealthed Nighclub without crowd control.
Some notices:
>ENTIERLY RNG BASED SUCCESS
>you need the office to spawn up the stairs from wardrobe
>you can get from wardrobe to upstairs without alerting
>guard needs to drop keycard or you need to slowly eliminate all guards before drilling
>possible to do with 6 zipties and 2 bodybags if RNG favors you. If you don't zip anyone outside back area/kitchens.

The only problem on this map are the Titan cams on DW that makes the map terribly unbalanced, especially with all the thugs or civilians in the kitchen right under their range, forcing you to waste ecm you would use on the doors instead.

Apart from this detail and the possible lack of bonus bags (praying for seven bags of coke being not fun at all) making the payout absolute shit, this map is fine to stealth.

You need the door to spawn upstairs otherwise you have no way of accessing the windowed office without being spotted. You need good RNG on civvie placements upstairs so you don't get spotted tying/shooting them.

I tried rushing to the other room but there's no way. Maybe if you quickly jump off the balcony and turn 180 and rush to the gambling room you could do it. But you'll most likely land infront of a guard.

The deagle already does ridiculous damage now, all pistols do really. Pistols are now accurate, high damage, decent ammo, and good pickup. The reason to bring a HE shotgun would be that it lets you kill shields and stun anything else long enough to bring out your pistol to shoot things in the head.

The M308 is basically a Deagle with a smaller magazine but larger ammo pool. Use it with the Deagle and you'll be dealing damage like crazy with near perfect accuracy.

if your not going to shorten the barrel of either then the joceline is a better choice since it will have more ammo and better accuracy. It will let you take on enemies at longer ranges effectively while still being useful close up.

Okay, serious question.
Why do people get wet over the Judge?
I can't use it for shit because it has all of 3 ammo in the reserve.
And then people put HE on it which doesn't even give you enough ammo for the starting chambers.

I don't know, man. Forest without armor was a fucking nightmare every time I tried. Full dodge is kind of feasible but grinder is just impossible. Although, I always have Bulletproof aced whenever I'm playing Forest with the ICTV, so there's that.

It's a relatively low concealment shotgun secondary that still does relevant damage unlike most shotguns and can use HE rounds to suppress Bulldozers, Shields, and it absolutely fucking dumpsters winters.

A good compliment to akimbo builds, or builds that need a more utilitarian secondary and can handle most things with their primary.

Overdrill really isn't that hard. It's just time consuming. But as long as you make it inside to the vaults without getting wiped it's just a matter of waiting out the honestly minimal spawns and moving the gold

Is there some great strategy to beating the captain that i cant see?
He spawns surrounded buy those shields that tank damage like crazy and he always stands at the ass end of the map.

Keep in mind that Winters gives passive damage resistance to every cop on the map, including himself and his shields. So if you take too long to try and deal with him they'll be fucking tanks.

Also; the max amount of health Winters and his shields can lose in one single shot is 10% of their health, UNLESS you're hitting him with explosives.

If you have an explosive primary or secondary and get to him as soon as he's in formation, you can burn through his shields in seconds.

I've been playing since the game came out and i regret buying it every day
Just did cookoff with a 4 man team and just getting to the guy is almost impossible with all the cloakers, shields and tasers in the way.
And then when you get to him you have to flank while getting shot from everywhere, while your armor is already depleted.
This is of course, without using explosives.

You should always designate someone on the team to take him out. Chances are, one of the people on your team will have one DLC with something useful like the RPG or GL40/Piglet. That's the easiest method.

I don't think Winters is the problem. I think the problem is that you're playing with shitters and expecting them to handle it. It's the same shit with the swat vans, if you're with pubs, assume the worst, take a weapon that can deal with them and do it yourself. It's not that difficult to kill Winters solo, even without explosives.

So I managed to rush Election day sub 5 minutes, both days. Got super lucky and the first 5 boxes had voting machines in them, then the 7th box I opened had the last one.
Everything going good, I start to run to van, but get spotted on the way. I think "oh, that's fine, I can kill him or ecm", so I start to turn around.
AND THEN IT FUCKING FREEZES MY WHOLE SYSTEM. Like, that "loud buzzing noise from headphones, fans suddenly all going 5000% speed, front case light went black" kind of freezing. Restarted and system shows absolutely nothing wrong.

Fucking bravo, overkill. Used to only be bethesda games that could do this to my computers.

halloween event will only be 1 update with time-limited content that's available for 2 weeks (rather than tiny updates spread over the 2 week event period). its unlikely we'll get anything but bugfixes after the update itself is released

We "earned" updates that should have come as part of a proper patch release cycle.

People have been asking for stealth/loud indicators and preferred bot selection for at least a year now, and they should have been implemented when they were done, not as a "reward" we were expected to be grateful for.

Not only that, but Payday 2 still has issues in desync, balance, map design, lobby connection, cheating, mask textures, item unlocking, and about half a billion easily-fixed text errors and typos.

Payday 2 doesn't update, it "updates."

Use two-piece suit with Grinder, always.
I use the pistols because they're ridiculously OP.
I know you don't like Deagle, but its seriously good. With silent killer and mastermind's pistol perks, you have a deagle with 200+ damage and 100% accuracy.

Typical builds for me :
Overkill : CAR-4 + Bernetti 9 / Chimano Custom
Death Wish : M308 + Bernetti 9 / Chimano Custom / Deagle

Idk why you'd go fugitech, but whatever floats your boat.
Me myself, I'm a masterghost with some points put in to fugitive for movement / dodge and the essential carry perks from enforcer as well as the flashbang nerfer.

To make them combat worthy you need to invest almost completely into the tree, and after all that, they can simply be rendered useless by shields or just running out of ammo firing at a cop standing 100m away through a mousehole.

Seems that Overkill with the rebalance update, intended to divide the Assault Rifles in three categories:
The light-ones in pic related with a huge ammo pool, shit accuracy and just enough damage to be good for Overkill,
the middle-ground ones (Car-4, AK5 and such) who can get 46 damage for DW for a 150 base ammo pool and decent-average accuracy,

Back in the old system, It was more of a competition than a diversity since almost all of them could reach 40 and none could hit 80 (apart from the DMR kits, cavity and M308). The rebalance just installed new niches and categories of weapons which actually made the weapon less P2W: you always get a vanilla weapon per categories, even the M308 as a DMR one.

Apart from the Commando or Clairon being forced into these nerfs, there was really some good intentions with this system, just absolute zero explanations which made everyone confused and clueless.
