There shouldn't be a problem farming koban now and using that at the last week of the even if you haven't already gotten him by then, as long as you play everyday.

It's possible, but it'll be slow.
Lets say you got 1k-2k in one day with just free passes, in a week you should probably have like 14k beads.
In 3 weeks you can easily get the 40k

200-400 koban per run after you unlocked the last map. Though it's best to return after getting 200.
=22800 balls if you only get 200 per run.

Instead we get enemy RNG bullshit.
I've only done 15 runs so far and two of them ended after four nodes, because RNG decided to be a gigantic asshole and gave me the same enemy card four times in a fucking row.

They made it a lot easier than the pre event, it's quite doable now to finish even E-4.
And the RNG we have now still allows kinda consistent farming except the real bad luck events once in a while.

Nah, the event is a little more merciful now. You get beads everytime you beat an enemy, and the 2nd/3rd time enemies can only take down one or two of your swords per battle.

The eyes are 2D on a figure as well. I think the lines are not even nearly sharp enough(and eyes on figures CAN have sharp lines and nice details, so theorhetically it should've been possible. But that would probably mean more work for getting the artist to draw the eyes in high resolution, and why would they do more work, fujos will buy it anyways.)
They were always far apart which is why some people don't like his face, but I don't think anyone has a problem with the eyes themselves?

Yeah, my biggest worry ended up being over fatigue levels of all things. With the ongoing koban campaign, an unlucky or impatient player could easily afford 3-5 refills a day as long as they take the time to keep their expedition parties are in 100 sakura status.

So far I managed to get 3653 beads in my first day of the event, at the cost of 6000 kobans.
I'll try the "all out oodachis" formation with Hotaru as a leader: according to some fonts, it helps with RNG or something.

Anyway, is Monoyoshi going to be the last sword implemented this year? I'd kinda wish they'd do something for december, but most likely is that next event (and probably Sada-chan's or Ookanehira's implementation) will be on the game's first year anniversary.

I wouldn't mind of they announce Kimi Banzai Tomonari (Minamoto no Yoshitsune's oodachi) and Doudanuki Matahachi (Naginata), but I don't think there's an important streaming the next month.

An event for getting Kogi easily would be a great way to finish this year, though.

He's the last for me too (besides Monoyoshi but at the rate I'm getting beads I'll definitely have him before the event is over) and god, he's been such a pain. I've gotten every rare drop you can get in 5-3 at least twice and I've overleveled two full parties just from grinding there alone.

I don't think that anon really meant easy when they said that, but rather anything that'll give us a better chance at getting him would be much appreciated.

The tweet says they spent 40k over 20 hours. I've also heard reports of 50k. The koban campaign had been going on for almost a week before the event, so it was plenty of time to stock up.

Yep, he's my last sword too(Outside of Monoyoshi). I was going to just wait until my tantou team was good enough for 6-1 to grind for him but I get the feeling that even though there's KBC around, 5-3 would still be more convenient.

Minamoto no Yoshitsune favoured another blade other than Imanotsurugi, called Kimi Banzai made by Ko-Bizen Tomonari.
After some researches, I find out that is categorized as an oodachi (although, its only 90cm longs, so it was used the old criteria of categorization).
