I'm playing the America mod and was thinking of migrating to the seat of the papacy which has a neat 7 holdings, not to mention is quite advanced compared to the rest of the world. For all those wondering wtf they mean by that, it's because the ruling and only allowed party of Yugoslavia from 1939 to 1940 was Stojadinović's Radical Party. He was eventually overthrown in 1941 when he signed pact that included Yugoslavia into the Axis. Then a pro-british liberal government was setup, which got quickly stomped by Mr. Hitler.
So "Radical Yugoslavia" is simply a stupid way to name a fascist Kingdom of Yugoslavia, same as the Legionnary Romania which can be seen in the same shot.

In HoI3 if you control a straight/canal can enemy ships still pass through it? Such as the Suez Canal. Or the Gibralter Straight (do straights and canals work differently in this regard?)
