The first two are some kind of SMG or something.
The third is an AMR.
The distinguishing factor for all weapons is their load action and receiver. The Assault Rifle loads from the side of the receiver, the 10mms all load into the handle, the sniper rifle loads under the bolt and that whatever-the-fuck-it-is in the first two pictures loads way forward.

So the AI isn't all that improved, but do you think they at least redid their entire approach to layered areas? eg. NPCs detecting you through walls and levels with even a slow walk. I never liked aggroing an entire complex, so I always felt like I was forced to sneak which isn't all that fun after the millionth kill.

One of the things about having many dialogue lines to voice is that you can't waste too much time doing takes, you gotta keep a steady pace even if the quality is sub-par.

They seem to have learned how to prioritize their time though, main characters in Skyrim had more emotion in their voices than the side characters or random npcs, FO4 will probably do the same. Of course, an audio director who knows what he's doing also helps a lot.

Yeah, anon, it is routine. People have routine nowadays too don't they? Yet they act like real people and talk like real people.

The interactions you have with NPCs in Bethesda games aren't believable.

You know a game that did dialogue in a great manner? The Last of Us. It was one of the best and most believable dialogues in all games. Even Ellie managed to be a ""badass"" teenager in a believable manner.

I don't expect quality writing from Bethesda, but they could at least try.
It's not like Bethesda games are the same as David Cage games, because David Cage games are like those shitty french sci-fi/fantasy movies (and I love shitty french sci-fi/fantasy movies), they're meant to be a tale and cliché and B-movie.
And this works well in the game, it is well incorporated in the entire tone, but with Bethesda games you have an inconsistent dialogue and acting.
You have Courtney Taylor that did an amazing job as Jack in Mass Effect, but then you have the deadpan male voice actor that can't even deliver a believable "I love you" or "Uh? What? Food, yeah."

I've heard commentary in interviews that the male leads in FO4 and Mass Effect were directed to act like that. Then of course Hale gets to do whatever the she feels like as FemShep, because Bioware was kind of ambivalent about it even being a thing, and "I'm Bastila, goddammit."

It'll be interesting to see if Taylor managed to pull the same trick.

We didn't know too much about it besides the leak of something possibly being in Boston. We heard from Three Dog's VA about working on it but apparently wasn't the case or something.

Hell even after the game was announced, we still haven't seen much leaked out besides the Gamecom footage but that's about it. Have to hand it to Bethesda, they've trusted a lot of people with this game and Fallout Shelter and no one fucked them over.

I found great fun to be had in both games. About the only difference is that the fun ended way too fast for me with MGSV, and not because of spoilers. For some reasons most missions just become rinse and repeat and too tedious for me, and they didn't introduce any new feature or gameplay mechanic after certain point.

And, W3 gets expansions, while MGSV got Online (which I have zero interest).

About the exact same way can be said for MGSV, though:

- Dead lifeless world, even MB feels lifeless with all those soldiers just walking around like a drone and can't do shit (don't tell me you enjoy visiting zoo better than at least exploring the world in W3).
- There's almost NO incentive or point of interest in MGSV 2 maps (W3 at least have more than 2 big maps).
- Side quests are extract/kill soldiers, destroy equipment/tank variety.
- Shit is totally linear with about the only option is whether you can kill quiet or not.

Have you had bloating issues?
I've finished f3 and moved onto nv and my game keeps crashing.
I'm using CASM but I wasn't from the start and I think that caused issues.
Quick traveling and loading are becoming more frequent in their freezes it's rather annoying.

Steam really doesnt give a fuck once theyve got your money and you arent fucking with anyone elses experience. I use cracked exes for a lot of my games and have even dumped pirated copies of games GOTY versions into an existing folder of the base game i bought for 5 bucks in a sale and they havent done shit.

The only thing Ive ever heard about them banning you from accessing your library is if you try to activate games with a keygen.

As long as you don't try to VPN yourself to better prices I don't think they'll care, but no one's ever accused Steam customer service of being rational.

It's presumed to be a wild wasteland style perk because of it's similarity to Garfield minus Garfield. The Vault boy is reacting to something nobody else can see in a way that evokes the Garfield minus Garfield comic. Specifically he sees the chair as green rather than red like the rest of the vault and since it's animated something is probably phasing in and out that we can't see in a still image.

The Commonwealth is all about Androids, and the plot-thread connecting Fallout 3 and Fallout 4 was an Android type that was nearly identical to a real human.

There's also the fact that it fits with the obvious Blade Runner references where the main character doesn't know if they're an Android or not.

That being the case what seems more likely: That an actual Vault 111 dweller happens to wake up 200 years later in a long abandoned vault, or that the protagonist is in fact and android on the run from The Institute who was surgically alter and had false memories implanted based on the records of a Vault 111 dweller and then dumped in Vault 111 none the wiser in a similar fashion to Harkness in Fallout 3?

I actually don't believe the synth angle since seeing the trophies, but I'd really prefer it to the shit it looks like we're getting. B. We know The Enclave worked with Vault-Tec
C. We know the entire Vault system was designed to test various technologies/social situations for the Enclave, as they had plans to go into space and find a new world to inhabit.

Only way to avoid war would be if the Fusion tech had appeared a decade or two earlier.

But as it only appeared a dew years before the nukes went off it did not help. In fact it probably increased the chance for nuclear Holocaust since the Chinese by would lose by default as they did not have the tech.

Of course even with early Fusion tech the odds are that the U.S would probably end up killing everyone since everyone in charge are violently insane fascists.

Read about the MMO, he contracted a company to develop it just so he could meet the terms of the licensing deal with Zenimax. He didn't even care what kind of game they made, if they were qualified to make it, or if it could even come out. I wouldn't be surprised if he cut short the deal and never paid them the rest of whatever they agreed to. Yes, its outright said in the official Fallout 3 game guide that The Enclave got many of their advancements in robotics and shit from the Alens.

Whats more,
1. The Enclave can be found collecting alien power cells at Fort Bannister
2. Alien power cells can be found at the Olney Power works, with a cut note explicitly stating the tesla coil advancements they made there were because of the alien power cells.
3. Alien power cells and an alien blaster can be found in the Enclave mobile crawler base in Broken Steel.

Bullshit. We don't know what canonically happened but the Courier can literally destroy any chance of survival in the West and a good amount of surrounding area (nukes, Big MT). They could potentially have the biggest impact, reverting the West back to what it was a few years after the Great War.
