New and need a deck or want to learn how to play? Check this (hilariously outdated) pastebin:

>Where can i play
Ygopro
This is an automated program simulator that lets you play with all the cards for free, it is advised for anyone wanting to learn the game since it will show you how the game works and what you can and cant do
Dueling network
Flash based browser simulator but since everything is manual and considering the complexity of yugioh, a lot of illegal moves go unnoticed because DN doesnt stop them and they dont learn the game correctly, not adviced for new players
Salvation is an simulator that updates with new cards a day or so after they are revealed (other simulators typically take much longer to update), but suffers from several bugs.
The Official /dng/'s ruling test can be found here:
https://testmoz.com/466984
FREQUENTLY ASKED SUGGESTIONS
● Try and keep your deck at 40-41 cards
● Ask here for whenever or not your deck is competitive enough
● Play matches because side deck is 50% yugioh's strategy
● Remember to play-test constantly and try suggestions before you discard them, even if someone recommends a weird tech choice.
● Hail Swift
