Here were our two challengers, who need no introduction, and here was out gym leader. DICKS has met her before, but Dennis has not, so let's take a moment to introduce her.

The gym was built to resemble a grass hut... Which was quite easy considering it was a grass hut. The roof was thread-bare, letting in the bright sunlight. And there she was, swaying her hips to the music she hummed to herself. Her skin was a sun-kissed tan, her hair long and green, like a forest of silk. Her manner of dress was a surefire hit with the summertime sunshine- Little more than a grass skirt and a pair of halved coconut shells strung together to form her bra she wore, and damn did she wear it well.

At the sound if intruders, she looked up, smiling as she greeted the two young challengers. "I remember you" she said to DICKS. "Come for that rematch? And you brought a friend too, how cute."

The sand wasn't even a necessity to bring down the eggs. A normal gym leader would, at this point, be freaking out and scrambling to recover, but Hitomi just stood there, smiling. "Okay, let's get you out there next!"

Sceptile was next, taking the field with a crash and an eruption of light. When the light faded, there stood its proud and impressive mega form.

"Cradily, Earth Power the Magnezone! Sceptile, So... Oh wait, I can't. Um... Dragon Pulse the Tyrantum, I guess."

Twin energy beams blasted from the plants. Hopefully they hit.

Tyrantum's blow struck down Sceptile, but Cradily deftly dodges Scizor's strike. Replacing the green lizard is the leader's last, the spooky tree, who was evidently not at all happy about the present lack of sun.

"Cradily, you're doing great. Keep up the hard work. Trevenant, take out that dinosaur!"

Cradily fired off another earthen energy blast, and Trevenant rushed Tyrantum to deliver a hammer strike.

West past Guam, isle of dragons, soars DICKS and Fearow, to the capital city of the Philippine islands. Unlike the decaying swamp that was the southernmost island, the northernmost island wherein Manila was situated was bright and clean paradise, a stark contrast to the blighted wasteland.

From the air, the gym was easy to spot. Shaped like a towering statue of a Kangaskhan, rising high into the sky (actually, it probably would have been easy to spot no matter where you were), it stood proud and tall above the other buildings that surrounded it.

There was to be no mistaking what awaited DICKS in this gym.

I remember there was a Shadow Triad RPer, who I think used names like Aran, Seth, etc.

Could you give some more specifications on them? Which one was which, etc.
I might even adapt this somewhere, I liked the idea.

Outside of manga only scrapped BW (they went with simplier design updated in BW2 I think) were trying to give them some distinct personality.

I still wonder which one is which when compared to manga counterparts.
