Why can't Jessie and James stop being 'evil' when it turns out they enjoy doing non-team rocket activities?

Both of them really care about pokemon in essence especially considering Jessie was even a nurse. And episodes focusing on them not trying to steal pokemon ends up being pretty good.

Why are they so hellbent on investing money into an anime with like 200 episodes per generation that nobody watches besides deviantautists and 6 year olds? Imagine how much more money GF/Nintendo/TPC would rake in from making something like that. There's literally no quality or substance in the current anime, just the same format every episode and "hints" that autistic pedophiles document in 400 page encyclopedias about nonexistent sexual relationships between 10 year old anime characters.

Starting with XY (skipping that feces ORAS) I've been going back through the franchise and playing every main series game. I just finished Soul Silver and am currently playing Emerald and I've come to realize this:

Why the fuck are DPPt/HGSS so fucking slow? They're practically unplayable. Who is behind this? How are DS games less efficient than GBA games?? Is there a reason or is kikefreak really that incompetent?
