Drain Punch is weak as piss, so you won't recover much anyways, especially in a tier where 3/4 things in S Rank resist it. Low Kick is okay, but the weight thing means Shaymin S, Lati@s, and Ferrothorn take much less damage.

An Ideal set would be CC, Zen Headbutt, Ice Punch/Beam, then either EQ or Bulk Up.
