Pic related.. I started up time trial and just drove over the full map for days. In what game did you something similar? I.e. ignoring what the devs intended for you to play and making your own game?

I'm pretty sure that everyone who played Road Rash 3D did the same thing. It's one of the more interesting aspects of the game, being able to just take off solo at pretty much any point and drive as long as you like.

Though if we're naming favorite things to do, mine is run opponents into oncoming traffic.

I used to find strategies to kill everyone on the map (that did not cause an instant fail). You could, for example, punch an enemy and have them fall over a civilian to knock them out, then tie up the civilian and carry them on the train tracks. I still have glitched saves where I have every enemy and civilian gathered onto a huge pile of corpses.

As a kid I used to make concentration camps out of wall segments, fill them with civilians and let soldiers "guard" them. I'd kill the civilians in various ways.

and try to sabotage the other co. rail sections by parking trains in other stations or building level crossings then deleting and putting track in running the same way as the road to permanently block it

This reminds me of Motocross Madness. Where me and my bro would just try to get up the cliff wall at the end of the course by crashing up and into it. We got quite good at it after a while. Then we'd drive into the invisible wall which would shoot you like a cannon back over the course. It was all quite hilarious.

I did. It can sometimes be just as hilarious with all riders crashing into each other, making all those "HIIEEEET" and "OOOOHHHH" noises in various pitches. Especially on smaller courses. Never played it seriously though.

Yep. In 2, there's trees, cars, trains, and other shit. All the more funny when smash into it at high speed, sending you flying with that retarded airwalk animation. Or sometimes your rider will get stuck connected bike, sending you into a whirlwind of stupid.

I used to always get mad that you couldn't do backflips in motocross madness.

I'd read all my mx magazines and read about how jono porters done the first backflip on a four stroke bike or something and want to do it in motocross madness but you always just fucking fall off.

On topic of Desperados, I have tried to beat every mission in an all-out firefight, ignoring sneaking and shit.
In fact I did that in other stealth games. Still doing it today, treating Mark of the Ninja as a beatemup for example.

One of the best moment of my childhood was when I was playing Diddy Kong Racing, lost a race, started driving around in the ocean randomly, and found a key.

It was just such a strange feeling to be ignoring the game and suddenly realize the devs predicted that I would do it.

I spent sometimes hours driving in Driver in a normal way in traffic, stopping at lights etc. Which is a bit difficult to do since you have no gears but have to tap the button to stutter at the desired slow speed. Because of this it would usually end by stuttering into a car's back and liiiightly touching it which would made nearby police berserk with directly trying to crash into you which then would raise your wanted level even more. Fun stuff.

I got a disc from a buddy who told me to install both .exe so I did.
