I believe he either applies poison on touch or Frog status where you turn small as fuck and deal 1 point of damage per strike and become squishy as dog shit

It's a horrible status effect to deal with actually

They're keeping the same enemies. That's already been said. That's a big part of what made ff7 great to me. The steampunk atmosphere and the wacky ass enemies. I've been replaying it on my 3ds

3ds emulates several ps1 games full speed. The ff games being some of them. Ff7 plays perfect, I'm on disc 3

It runs about half speed on o3ds. But you can turn on frameskip so its not too bad like that. It'll be full speed with all games once the hardware rendering is implemented. They're also working on porting mupen64. You do need to be on cfw for it to run like that though. Which is somewhat restrictive.
