My friend is offering me Chrono Trigger for under 50. I'm thinking about 30-40 since he got the hook up for me for FF3 for the SNES for 25.

He's also interested in my God Hand.

What sounds like a good price?

The cart was going for $40 a few years back.

You could just get a copy of the DS remake though, it's the best version and it's cheaper.

Its expensive not because its rare.
CT was one of the most printed SNES games.

Its expensive because its widely regarded as one of the best JRPG's ever, if not the best -game- ever in some cases. Its one of those "Must haves" for anyones SNES library.

I would pick it up from your friend for 50 bucks. Why do you wanna screw over your friend? My friends and I buy each other shit all the time, and never keep track of money. A simple gesture like buying a friend a meal goes a long way in terms of long term friendships.
