Bought Monster Rancher 2 recently so Monster Rancher 2 thread. Just have Beaclon left to unlock and then I can use the last disc in my giant pile of garbage music that nobody would ever listen to

I think these games would have been a lot better if they had an actual story based RPG mode, Just making monsters from music cds and then putting them against each other in a completely automated fight loses it's novelty rather quickly

What don't you understand? It's a monster raising sim not an RPG. If you wanted an RPG you should have just played an RPG. Do you think Madden would have been better if it had an RPG story mode?
