>>2763973Believe it or don't, there are actually people who both like collecting AND playing the games.
For me, if I download and burn a game and really really like it, I'll probably plan on dropping real world money on a real world copy. I like having things and I like supporting small local game shops that carry this kind of stuff.
Anyway, I recommend:
Elemental Gearbolt-
Awesome and unique light gun experience
Einhander-
Wicked cool shmup by Square right after they were riding their FF7 high
Ghost in the Shell-
a neat little action title with strikingly impressive animation on the cutscenes, especially for the time, and features the official English voice cast from the movie (many of which are the same to this day)
Thunder Force V-
Sorry. I love shmups. This one's regarded to be lesser than Thunder Force IV, but it's still solid.
R-Type Delta-
Again, shmup. Great installment in the series.
Guilty Gear-
The original that started it all was a PS1 exclusive.
Mega Man Legends 1 and 2-
Imagine if there was a Mega Man themed 3D Zelda styled game. Well, there were 2.
Misadventures of Tron Bonne-
A spin off of Mega Man Lerends. Really cool game with a variety of play styles.
Many, many more.
