What are some good games like Famicom Detective Club and Snatcher? I had a really good time playing them.

For something more mundane, you can't go wrong playing J.B. Harold Murder Club. There are three English versions playable atm for MS-DOS, TurboGrafx-16 CD, and X68000 (FM Towns version's the same but doesn't emulate mouse controls well).
