do people really consider Joy Mecha Fight a kusoge?

it has grade A+ tier designs and graphics and the gameplay is even better, honestly one of my most favorite games on the Famicom

Pretty great game. 36 playable characters, some of the best graphics on the system, quality gameplay, easy to handle controls. Just tons of fun.
