The drawing in question was of Amethyst, the short purple one, who is commonly drawn chubby.

It's hard to say, I think it was actually a picture of Rose that they took offence to, but as I said they basically found any of her pictures to be offensive. But this one is cited as one of the more egregious examples of the bullying.
