The duels got a lot faster now lasting only one or two chapters at most
And i also like the new summoning mechanics, it's really not that hard to understand
I'd say you to give it a try, watch like 5 episodes of 5D/Zexal/Arc V
5D focuses mostly on Synchro stuff as well as CARD GAMES ON MOTORCYCLES
Zexal on XYZ and ditches the motorcycles for as far as i saw(chapter 20 or so)
And finally Arc V has a mix of everything including Fusion, the new pendulum summon and action cards (cards scattered through the battle field that you can pick and use)
