The hero with the purple colour on the map jumps in and uses his ultimate, which does more damage based on the more units that it hits, as the blue coloured played fires in his ultimate. The blue players ultimate makes it so that the enemies that it his aren't able to regenerate health, essentially making the combo of blue+purple completely devastating for the enemy.
People have labeled it at the 6million dollar echo slam since the purple player (universe) jumped into the area with essentially no vision of if the enemy were in there or not.
